Go Inside

It's begun.

Lockdown.

For 30 days.

I hope that you and your loved ones are safe and well during these troubled times we're all going through, Beauties.

Growing Down

20

As I played with the jaguar (aka Black Cat) outside the other day, the cool wind blew on our faces, the afternoon sun struggled to push through the clouds, and we noticed all around the signs of Autumn, and everything beginning to soften... to fade... to grow down.  I thought about how we're shifting into seclusion right now; beginning what feels like a collective decent or initiation.

✨Tomorrow's my birthday.

🎂I'm one of those people who takes unadulterated delight in this yearly celebration, knowing that it's not about the number of years or candles on the cake, but rather the acknowledgement of a life... my life.

💛And I'm feeling grateful.

🌷Going fewer places in one day rather than more...

🌷Seeing less so that I can see more...

🌷Doing less so that I can do more...

🌷Acquiring less so that I can have more.

~ John Kabat-Zinn

Time to Elevate

69

✨Your sacred space is where you can find yourself again and again.

~ Joseph Campbell

🌷Time to reclaim something magical: the ability to elevate something into the realm of the sacred.

The Moment is Now

Who are you becoming this year?

82

Wondering out loud: was Christmas a bit different for you this year?

Perhaps not all about gifts and trifle for dessert?

Maybe there were conversations that started like, “𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐨 WHAT 𝐧𝐨𝐰?”⁣

✨I Feel Your Pain✨

Why Work With Me?

75

We sometimes say things like "I feel your pain"... "I know what that's like"... "I've been there"...

Do we really?

Are we ever able to completely put ourselves in someone else's shoes?

I'm going to try...
