What a fabulous reminder this little bumblebee is, of attention to the task at hand🐝

So many to-do’s on the list today… and it’s chilly, and just a bit rainy, and I’m fasting, and really my perfect world would be to crawl back into bed and snuggle up with the kitty 🐈

👉Not going to happen.. 👈

However, in the softness of the fast, I’m realising that moving with more conscious intention is actually getting me through my goals quietly; attention to detail is showing up, and things are getting done. There’s an old Zen saying about “things getting done, and no one is the do-er”. Kind of how it’s feeling today.
