Finding Your Peace

☮️Peace is a practice☮️
.
We’ve been through something pretty horrific… one of those situations that you only read about in the papers, that happens to other people.
.
🔥Wow🔥
.
It has pushed our buttons, created an elevated degree of chaos and confusion in lives that were already living full-on, heightened anxiety and panic while others assisted us in assessing and reporting on their findings.
.
Sleepless nights were more often than not our new routine.
.
✨And yet, in the midst of one of the worst situations we have ever had to deal with, there was a peace, a calm, at our core.✨
.
At some point, we’ve recognised that the primary practice of our lives has been 💛peace💛… Meditation, breathwork, stillness, vipassana have been regular studies for us on this journey.
.
And when we seriously required it, because of the consistency of our practice, we have been able to settle ourselves into 🕊️peace🕊️.
.
✨No matter the outside circumstances, what you practice with diligence will absolutely become a part of your being✨
